I love red wine. Actually, let’s say, I adore red wine.. Wine equals red wine for me!

First time I taste good quality of wine, I was in Belgium. Year of 1998. Till that time, my favourite was white, specially Chardonnay. I met red one with insistence of my aunt. She helped me to taste different kinds of wines from different brands, from different country..

Now, I really interested everything with it. Sometimes, I can understand the difference of two brand or two kinds.  I had a chance to taste lots of wines from Italy, Spain, California, France, Moldovia, Georgia and of course my beatiful country’s delightful wines.

Turkey, according to Reuter’s  research, becoming the fourth wine producers after Spain, France and Italy. (With more than 1 million hectar wine yard) But, although we have only 22 wine production company, Argentina have more than 800 and Chili have more than 500. Unfortunately, also we’ve  failed to consumption of wine. We consume only 0,8 litre per person in a year. (In Luxemburg this number is 63 litre, in France 57 and in Italy 55 litre per person in a year!) I think it is time to promote and support our wine production.
