Since on Sunday, I’am watching different movies that always wanted to see. Because I have a new DVD Player now:)

Well, the first film that I watched was “Confessions of a Dangerous Mind”. (2002) It is directed by George Clooney. His first directing experince..

Film is about a legendary showman’s, Chuck Barris’ double life. (OrBarris sad so) Television producer by day, CIA assasin by night.! He killed 32 people as a hitman of CIA.

Barris, someday, met a CIA agent (George Clooney) and he was recruited by the CIA and trained to become a covert operative. He is the creator of The Dating Game (known as Saklambaç in our country), The Gong Show and The Newlywed Game on TV.

(I gave it 7 over 10)

Second film was “The Last Samurai.” (2003) Ok, I accept. I did a big mistake not to watch it on a big screen. Besides, I love Tom Cruise.

I adore the story of honour, courage and tradition. Great battle scenes, wonderful scenery and wonderful acting from Tom and Ken Watanabe.

The last film that I watched was “Invasion Les Barbares”. (2003) It’s a Canadian touching movie about friendship, life. It suggests that the increasingly nihilist capitalism, or money, seems to be the only way to get around in this world. There is a (socialist proffessor) man dying from cancer and his ex-wife, ex-lovers, old friends and his son came to him to share his last breathe.

(I gave it 8 over 10) It also was the Academy Award winning film of 2003 category of Best Foreign Film.

Next film that I’am planning to watch is “Thesis”. (1996) It is the film of great Alejandro Amenebar. (It is a horror or thriller film) By the way, I don’t know how can I wacht it alone!
